Faulty or wrong item

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in case of an error on our behalf
• In such case, items can only be returned if they are unused and in a saleable condition.
• The Return form on our home page must be filled in and send to us immediately.
• The price of the returned item including the postage fees will be refunded as soon as we receive the item
• Claims for damaged, faulty or delivered in error goods, will be accepted within 2 working days after receipt. Please inspect goods immediately.
• Should you wish to return an item you have received within 30 days of purchase, you can do so via a courier service to our main store:

• In such case, a credit note will be issued (and send to you by email). You can redeem any vouchers for your future purchases through our website.
• Please note that goods are returned at your own cost, which will be refunded ONLY if the return is due to an error on our part.
